Good news ! You have just found your healthiest brownie recipe ever ! I promise you won 't believe that these ingredients makes THIS delicious fudge and moist brownies obviously ticking off all the good boxes - diary free, gluten free, oil free and refined sugar free. And not to mention you only few ingredients to make them!

Makes 1 medium tin

Ingredients :

1 cup cooked mashed sweet potato

1 large very ripe banana

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

1/4 cup oat mylk

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp baking powder

Toppings (optional)

Handful of walnuts

Handful of frozen raspberries

Method :

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. In a bowl mash banana and sweet potato and combine well. Then add oat mylk, cacao powder and coconut sugar. Mix well and lastly stir in buckwheat flour and baking powder. Mix well.

  3. Line medium size around 8x8 inch or smaller tin with baking paper and transfer mixture on top. Using damp hands press down and even out. Top with walnuts and raspberries.

  4. Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins. Let cool down and cut up into equal square pieces.

  5. Store leftovers in the fridge air tight container for up to 3 days.
