If you know me then you know my love for matcha is real . How have I not created any matcha recipe until know !? Honestly I don 't know ! I know I know I have got a lot to catch up on. Anyway I am more than 100% sure that you will fall in love with these coconut matcha bliss balls even if you are not matcha fan. I promise! This is snack perfection.

Makes 5-8 bliss balls

Ingredients :

1 cup coconut flour

1 cup oat flour ( finely blended oats)

1 1/2 tbsp matcha powder

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup coconut cream (creamed coconut flesh)

1/2 cup dates

1 tsp vanilla powder

4 tbsp maple syrup

Method :

  1. Add the coconut flour , oat flour, matcha powder , desiccated coconut and vanilla powder into food processor. Pulse until well combined then add creamed coconut , dates and lastly maple syrup and pulse until it forms into a sticky dough.

  2. Using your hands, roll into balls and then roll and cover in plate of coconut flour or desiccated coconut if desired.

  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
