Introducing the most perfect breakfast on the go ! Make this delicious overnight oats night before and you have a lot to look forward in the morning! Creamy thanks to hemp seeds, puddingy thanks to chia, and deliciously sweet thanks to ripe mango! Oh and touch of coconut just gives it this little tropical kick.
Makes 1 large jar
1 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 1/4 cup oat/rice mylk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 sweet juicy and ripe mango
Combine oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla, maple syrup, coconut in mason jar.
Then pour over it mylk, close jar and shake well until well combined.
Cut up mango and mix half into oat mixture. Top with banana and rest of mango.
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
