I believe this avo spread will become your staple recipe as it is so easy to whip up + it is high in protein and includes the most importantly - avocado. Have it with slice of sourdough instead of you regular avocado smash or simply add to your meals such as buddha bowls, risottos etc.

1 ripe avocado
100 g of firm tofu
squeeze of 1/4 of lemon
Himalayan Salt and pepper to taste
1. Add all ingredients in food processor and blend on high until smooth !
2. That's it ! Ready to eat !
In this case I have added spread on top of sourdough along with 2 tbsp of defrosted peas and sprouts! Try this option or the ones stated above :)
