BREAKFAST OAT COOKIES

These cookies are just the most delicious wholesome cookies you may want to make for your next quick breakfast ! Soft, sweet with melty chocolate chips, these tastes absolutely amazing and are best eaten warm out of the oven!


Makes 5-6 cookies

Ingredients :

1 cup oats

1/2 cup almond flour

1 ripe banana

4 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar

Handful of diary free chocolate chips

Method :

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Combine oats, almond flour, baking powder and coconut sugar in a bowl.

  3. Mash ripe banana and add into a mixture. Then add coconut oil and mix until everything is well incorporated. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out even cookies and place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper . Press down gently and form into cookie shape.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
